The Brief
To design an extension on the existing upper level that housed a Golf simulator driving range
The Result
This upper floor addition is one of Rossmark’s more creative and customised design solutions. On the exterior, the addition blends in with the style of the existing two-storey home; and on the interior, it provides a dynamic space housing a commercial golf simulator. The interior of the extension not only caters for the height of the swing but is acoustically designed, therefore, making this second storey extension a very unique renovation project. When the simulator is not in use the room doubles as a state-of-the-art home theatre, well-loved by all family members.
