The Brief
Incorporate a master bedroom with living space and additional bedroom to first floor and rejuvenate the facade.
The Result
The upper floor addition was designed to offer a master retreat while still enabling guest accommodation on the rare occasion. The two way shower room is connected to both master suite and general common area. The acoustic amenity and privacy has been maintained by carefully positioned walk in robe. The Cypress flooring specified integrates to that existing downstairs. The exterior deck offers both esthetic appeal and leafy outlook.
