The Brief
Renovate and alter an old family home ensuring connection with the surrounding environment.
The Result
A fantastic result, a new lease on life, the home was altered and renovated from top to bottom including detailed landscaping, new garaging and even a Jamming music room. The home alterations and renovation involved completely removing the rear wall of the home and installing large bifold doors systems that lead onto the large outdoor patio. An opening roof spans the entity of the patio connecting the interior and outdoor spaces seamlessly. The new kitchen facility connects to the outdoor pizza oven and BBQ area ready to entertain large numbers of guests. The renovation included alterations to the entry foyer with the new open rise stair providing a greater degree of ambient space when entering the home.
