The Brief
An existing home had been renovated without capturing a true family home that would accommodate a family of 4. The client had considered moving but with the cost of selling and buying thought it wise to at least investigate the option of extending and renovating
The Result
The Rossmark team designed a second storey extension to the existing home which includes a Master bedroom, walk-in robe, ensuite, guest bedroom and living room. (2) lower ground floor bedrooms were deleted allowing the rear living room to grow and accommodate the entire family. The stair provides design detail to the lower living area completing the home renovation.
