The Brief
The brief was for a married couple with first child due around the date of commencement of the project. The couple was looking to round floor renovations and extension incorporating indoor and outdoor living with a Balinese flavour.
The Result
The result was a stunning open plan house which allows for indoor/outdoor living and entertainment, embracing the beautiful northern sun and their large yard. We reconfigured the layout of the existing home, in particular, moved the bedroom to where the old dining was and created an extension towards the yard. We have been able to modernise an old house without losing too much of the historical look that the owners loved about it.
What the client said
Rossmark were extremely professional through the build process, but their strength was their attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of the whole project.
