Young Family

The Brief

The existing 3-bedroom home houses a growing family. The home had been previously renovated without consideration for years to come.
The client required a family home that would provide amenities for mum, dad and the children as they grow while meeting the family budget.
Additionally with COVID now being part of life, working from home in a space other than the kitchen would be preferable.

The Result

Rossmark designed a second storey extension to the existing home which included 2 Bedrooms, bathroom room, master bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe and living room. We added a new set of stairs to access the upper level. This involved a simple renovation to the existing dining and kitchen area and provides detail to an unused space. The facade of the new second storey ties in neatly with the existing home design language.

What the client said

Peter, Glen and the whole team from Rossmark were a pleasure to deal with and very professional though out the home extension process. We are very happy with the new space and a big thank you to the team.
