After the consultation, most clients have additional questions which are usually addressed in a follow-up phone call.

Once our clients are satisfied and ready to engage the Rossmark building designers team, we initiate the design process. This starts with one of our friendly team members revisiting the site to measure the existing home, take site photos, and gather relevant field information. From there, our team generates the existing home’s floor plan and develops the proposed design based on the client’s brief, budget, and feedback.

In cases where renovation authority approvals are not required, our team finalises the building plan based on your selections. This work is conducted in-house, not outsourced. Contracts are then prepared and issued for client approval.

Our building process begins with site establishment to ensure your family’s safety and understanding of any risks during the refurbishment. In some instances, clients may choose to temporarily relocate, a decision that is discussed and planned well in advance.

How long will the renovation take
