The Brief
Design second storey additions that accommodate a growing family requiring additional living room and bed rooms
The Result
The Rossmark team designed second storey additions including a master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room and bathroom. The master bedroom’s walk-in robe was positioned to provide an acoustic block to the shared bathroom that is positioned neatly to service all occupants and guests. The staircase accessing the upper storey was position to zone the first floor ensuring the occupant’s bedroom privacy relative to the lounge room is maintained. The lower ground floor was altered slightly to form a larger bedroom enabling the stair to be positioned within the foyer area. The overall design of the addition and renovation provides a quiet sophistication with sense of family and warmth.
