The Brief
To design a modern inspiring home while maintaining the bones of an old fibro cottage.
The Result
An inspiring result sees a new kitchen formed opened to what was a closed family room. A fresh bathroom and laundry was installed and a tired games room has been converted and renovated to a “man cave” opening onto a covered terrace incorporating an outdoor kitchen facility. The exterior was renovated replacing existing windows, linings, fascia & gutter while maintaining the existing roof covering which was ultimately re sprayed. A unique design sees a bridge like structure now providing an easy access to the entry of the home and plenty of architectural appeal.
