Kitchen Renovations
Engadine | Sutherland Shire $550K+The Brief
Rossmark building designers team was engaged to design and deliver a renovation that involved structural upgrades and alteration to the entire home.
The site has beautiful bushland views with direct access to walking trails and adventure activities. Designing the home to incorporate the view and maintain access to outdoors were top priorities on the client’s brief.
The Result
The Rossmark building designers team worked with our client to design and deliver a home renovation and refurbishment that addressed the existing structural defects, giving a new lease of life to a tired home.
The design embraced the beautiful views and bush setting and more importantly accommodated the requirements of the most extreme bush fire attack level – Flame Zone (BAL-FZ) bushfire rating.
The new kitchen and family rooms connects seamlessly to the outdoors via a new kitchen servery, taking full advantage of the beautiful views. Right off the galley kitchen is their new laundry connecting to the outdoors as well.
Whether the family chooses to use the rumpus room in full or separately, the new bathrooms, ensuites and the rest of the home renovation will benefit them now and for years to come as a growing family.
What the client said
The Rossmark team were very professional and helpful throughout the process from our initial contact with Matt, to the demolition and construction with Matt and Bailey to the final touches and go to guy, Cliff especially when tackling our driveway many many times. The project coordinator Pete and project supervisor Glen kept well informed and in the loop throughout the project showing us the project at each stage, nothing was too much trouble or no question too silly to be asked. They were full of suggestions and worked within our budget and requirements for bushfire flame zone. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and the quality is amazing.
