The Brief
To design and build a home addition that includes an extra living room and new kitchen.
The Result
A small home addition and renovation to this semi attached home enabled the formation of not only a second living space but a much needed dining area, while the new kitchen flows seamlessly to the new terrace. The secondary living space or toy room can easily be zoned off by the use of an oversized glazed cavity door system ensuring both thermal and acoustic comfort is not forgotten ensuring this home addition and renovation functions under all conditions.
