Lane Cove, Lower North Shore $550K+The Brief
To design and deliver a second storey addition with ground floor alterations using NSW housing code for complying development.
The Result
Approval using NSW housing code was granted within 14 days, this limited the rent expenditure for our client as the home was only recently purchased and was unliveable during the proposed works. The second storey addition integrates neatly with the brick veneer exterior. The existing rear extension was removed and re built providing livingĀ areas to the northern orientation. The second storey contains another livingĀ area facing north with the stair on the southern side providing airflow through the additional living space. General internal renovations were undertaken providing a great result for our client.
