The Brief
2 bedrooms and lounge room for the young adults that gave them independence. Refurbish the exterior of the home including new windows and roof coverings etc
The Result
The young adults have there own space to the first floor including the much need second living space. The stairwell was positioned to the north providing natural light to the existing ground floor entrance. The exterior of the building was relined and textured along with new windows with performance glazing offering great thermal and acoustic improvements. The existing front deck was replaced with a larger more modern version offering better access, shelter and aesthetic appeal to the street frontage. The rear living space was refurbished with walls being removed and a large stacking door unit allows integration to the yard. Another fantastic renovation and addition.
