The Brief
Design and build an extension incorporating 2 large bedrooms and living space to accommodate their older children.
The Result
The extension has improved the home dynamics and dwelling habits, the children now have their own bedrooms, shower room and living space with the elder “2” being on the upper floor and the younger on the ground floor close to mum and dad. The stair was neatly position opposite the front door enabling easy access to the extension without disturbing the rest of the family. The unused bar space easily accommodates the stair which also has a healthy amount of storage underneath. The construction time of this project was 11 weeks despite having some wet weather, making the home extension convenient and pain free alternative to moving house.
What the client said
The extension was built in 11 weeks and the curtains took 9 weeks!! Who would have thought that building a home extension could be so easy and smooth. We were kept up to date with progress at all times and found Rossmark to be professional and friendly.
